Vicki Rebecca is a UKCP accredited psychotherapist, trainer and supervisor. Vicki graduated in law with honours at Aberdeen University, worked in Health Promotions from 1987 and in 1994 established her own fitness consultation company. Working with clients on a one to one basis Vicki soon realised that to facilitate the life changes people so often desired, a holistic approach was necessary. Course programme
Stress is a natural component of our everyday lives. In this increasingly hectic and complex world, it can affect our general well being, health and work performance. It is therefore essential to be in possession of effective techniques to prevent or alleviate the potentially debilitating symptoms.
It provides a balance of theoretical and experiential techniques to recognise, reduce and prevent the negative effects of stress. Due to its strong holistic and hands on approach participants can have a wonderful time as they pick up new tools appropriate to them.
This meaty one day workshop is presented by Vicki and her colleague, Kathleen Murray. The combination of Vicki and Kathleen presenting together brings flexibility and pace to this workshop. A healthy balance is maintained between the theoretical aspects and the opportunity to participate (and enjoy).
