Course programme

Course review:

Working in harmony with Reflexology, this luxurious technique uses warm and cold stones to provide an effective, relaxing yet stimulating Reflexology, with stones placed over the client's body to give a complete sensation of full body work.

The heat gently penetrates the skin and muscles, helping the client to relax and de-stress. Whilst the cold stones provide repair and work the internal organs effectively.

This allows a much deeper working of the meridians than in conventional Reflexology. It is generally said that one stroke of a stone is equivalent to five of a therapists hands. Therefore this wonderfully relaxing, but effective remedial treatment can keep the therapist in good health and acts as respite for the therapist thumbs and offers an alternative working routine.
