Being happy at work is something most of us aspire to, but all too often we don’t make the changes necessary, because we don't know which way to go or where to start. This course will help you understand the elements that lead to happiness at work and enable you to explore each element in relation to yourself. This will give you a better understanding of your unique offer to the world of work, and what you most want and need from your career at this stage in your life. You will be taught how to identify possible job options for you and how to assess them for suitability. You will also have the opportunity to create a motivating action plan to move your ideas forward.
