What I would highlight:
Purchased a number of these courses for staff and was amazed at the communication between HRUK and myself. I was provided with full reports whenever I requested them so I could keep on top of staff progress.
What could be improved:
My staff were able to change their access codes and setup and email and password, this caused some people to forget their login details. This caused minor dificulties.

Not only was the course very informative, the customer service I received from HRUK when I had further queries was excellent. Definitely would recommend going ahead to anyone thinking about taking the First Aid course.
