HSE First Aid at Work Re-qualification

Introduction
This course will enable candidates to have the knowledge and confidence to deal with a First Aid emergency.
By completing this course it will ensure that the workplace First Aider is legally compliant with the current Health and Safety (First Aid ) Regulations 1981

• Reporting Procedures

Suitability

Candidates must possess a current full 4 day First Aid at Work certificate. This course can be undertaken within the three months leading up to expiry of the current certificate.

Assessment

The course is assessed by written examination and practical skills assessment.
Successful candidates receive will receive the HSE approved First Aid at Work Certificate which will be valid for 3 years from the certificated date.
