Course programme

Over the three years you will develop key human resource skills in planning, organisation and control. You will gain a detailed understanding of the organisational, commercial and societal factors that effect how companies work. Alongside studying introductory modules in human resource management and organisational behavior, you will select from a range of advanced modules covering: sourcing and development staff, employee relations, engagement and reward management and contemporary issues in Human Resource Management.
