Business Management BA (Hons)

Studying at Coventry University has been a very knowledgable and fun experience. From getting involved with various societies to volunteering. Its been so motivational and I've grown as a person in such a short time. Students Union is very active with events and helpful too. Always providing opportunities to get involved and encouraging every student. They are the reason why I'm an active volunteer right now. I would highly recommend Coventry University to anyone!

About this course
"This course is about giving you the opportunity to develop the knowledge and expertise that will make you a successful manager and lead to the management career you are striving for. Your course initially provides an overview of the main areas any manager needs to understand in a modern business. As you progress through the course and identify your career path, you are able to choose topics that specialise in management areas that in the course you want to study in more depth. There is an emphasis on building management skills. Members of the course team have experience of senior management and consultancy and incorporate this into their teaching to relate theory to the real business world.
If you choose this course you will benefit from:
teaching staff with business experience and links who will incorporate real business projects into the teaching materials;
links with employers built over a number of years through our graduates, placements and applied research activities;
exposure to international business through the experience of academic staff who have worked on international projects across the world;
guest lectures from professionals and industry experts. In the past these have included representatives from IBM, PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), Mastercard and Bentley. These lectures enable you to start building your professional network for future career opportunities;
studying at Coventry Business School, who are currently a member of the European Foundation for Management Development (EFMD) and the Association of Business Schools (ABS)."
