Course Content:
The course will include the following subjects. The Role of the Team Leader; Effective Communication; Planning and Organising the Team's Work; Briefing the Team; Motivating the Team.

This course aims to assist candidates gain the basic knowledge required by a team/cell leader and to develop basic team leader skills. Students both unemployed and from all vocational backgrounds, either practicing or aspiring team leaders, will benefit from this course. This course is accredited by the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM).

Progression:
Successful students can go on to study the Certificate in Team Leading or progress onto other level 3 management qualifications if they have a minimum of 2 years management experience.
