ILM Certificate in Leadership & Management Level 5

This 4-day Level 5 Certificate is a medium-sized qualification designed to give learners a good knowledge of the various roles, functions and responsibilities as a middle manager of a department and the limits of their authority and accountability. The unit in ‘Leading innovation and change’ helps to understand how to plan for and cope with changing requirements and new developments.

All training will be workshop based, participative and relevant to the organisation. To successfully gain the Institute of Leadership and Management L5 Certificate in Leadership and Management delegates must complete at least 4 written assignments which will require substantial independent research outside of and in addition to the time spent in the classroom which have to pass assessment.
