Study Method:
Study methods include formal classroom sessions for underpinning knowledge and practical based assignments. Practical skills in the work shop.

Who the Course is For:
The course prepares students for the IMI Certificate in Vehicle Maintence and Repair. The course Facilitates the development of practical skills and knowledge essential for those training to become qualified technicians in the fast fit industry. This ensures that the course satisfies the students and meets the national standards set by the Automotive Skills Council.
Assessment:
All units are examined by on-line assessment in the form of multiple-choice questions. In order to assess the students ability to perform practical tasks to industry standards: simulated vehicle fitting workshop activities arranged.
Course Leads To:
Students achieving certification will have demonstrated the ability to perform practical tasks competently. Progression to the IMI Level 2 Certificate in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (Technical Certificate)
