Updating Support Skills from Microsoft Windows NT 4.0 to Microsoft Windows 2000 or course 2154.
Implementing and Administering Microsoft Windows 2000 Directory Services or equivalent working knowledge. Delegates should have a working knowledge of networking including TCP/IP, DNS and IIS.
Working knowledge of Internet protocols (including POP3 or IMAP4,SMTP, HTTP and NNTP) and a knowledge of Exchange Server 5.5 (beneficial but not essential).
