This short course offers you the opportunity to learn methodologies and skills for your organisation to improve performance, become more operationally effective and significantly improve the customer experience. You will be introduced to a number of theories, methods, practical approaches and techniques for improvement facilitation and implementation, including systems thinking, radical change and leadership of change projects. This course will address how to implement these cost-effectively through MS Project.
