How to Increase Confidence and Reduce Depression with Meditation and Relaxation
The series of evening classes commences on Wednesday January 18th in Tettenhall Wood, Wolverhampton with a Free Public Talk followed by a series of 5 weekly classes.
We also offer daytime, online and classes in other areas.
The Meditation course is designed as a series so it is advisable to book for the course prior to starting.
However if you have commitments on some of the Wednesdays or only find out about the opportunity mid way during the course then please drop in and you can pay as you go.
Each class is self-contained – which makes this possible.

Guided Meditations, Discourse, Discussion, Q & A.
Suitable for Absolute Beginners – Seating on Chairs - Great Fun – Come Along!
Each student who books for the entire course receives a Guided Meditation CD. Instructional Meditation e-book and access to an extensive online Meditation resource.
Cost for the whole series is £25 if you book in advance online.
Your welcome to attend the classes on a pay as you go basis and drop in when you wish.
If you choose to drop in then each class will cost £6 per class.
Feel free to bring a friend to your first drop-in class for free…
We also offer one-to-one meditation sessions also if you would like learn meditation in a less public space.
