Workers involved in personal care delivery. With rise in the number of clients with MRSA the need for scrupulous hygiene and waste handling procedures is paramount. The course tackles all issues surrounding infectious diseases and reporting inoculations required or advised waste disposal (clinical and general) correct hand washing and personal protective equipment. Students are made aware that good infection control is the key to a safe environment and requires updating every year.
