What I would highlight: The course content was well delivered, easy to understand and fitted very well into the given four days. Although there was a lot of information to take on board, I felt relaxed, and confident about this style of learning. It also gave me the perception of what it would be like to be a trainee, how there are different teaching techniques and learning styles. There were sufficient breaks, and enough refreshments were also provided, perhaps not the first thing one might think of, but people do find this an important factor when in a learning situation, helping to make everyone feel at ease and encourage student participation from the outset, getting students to agree times etc. for breaks and lunches.
What could be improved: On the minus side, there was quite a lot of work to do at home in the evenings, this was achievable, but was something that other students I was with and myself included, would have preferred not to have to do, perhaps the course could be over five days to compensate for this. This is a difficult one, as people also normally would be at work and I know that the length of the course and how many days people may have to be away from their workplace was factored in when deciding on the length of the course, in trying to get a 'happy medium'.

What I would highlight: The delivery and content of the course was first rate. Benchmarking with others added a good sense of value and this exceeded my initial expectations about the course. Would definitely recommend this course and its content to people. Finally the course length was spot on and delivered what it set out to do.

What I would highlight: This was one of the best presented and managed course I have attended (there have been many). The course work and assignments were of high quality. I left the course thinking it was really worthwhile. Not boring at all!!
What could be improved: The hotel whilst well presented could do with a customer service session with some of their staff

What I would highlight: Fantastic! I would recommend the course to anyone without hesitation, and I cannot speak highly enough of the Tutor, or Insignia Learning Limited. I really felt I learned something, and will certainly use the knowledge and skills I gained from attending the course in my place of work. Group members were also brilliant, and made positive comments through the entire course. The content was clear, concise and easy to understand, and the delivery first class. I very much enjoyed the course and would like to say a huge 'Thank You' to Andrew.
What could be improved: Everything was great, totally satisfied. Would certainly use them again

What I would highlight: This was very good value for money, materials provided were relevant to subject, method and pace although intense covered all learning needed and relevant to subject. The Tutor was very personalble, helpful and made the learning enjoyable. Venue was good (although room did not feel very conjucive for learning. The staff were really friendly and very focused on customer service.
What could be improved: For me , possibly the journey was quite long which did not allow for me to have quality time digesting all the information and complete assessments within the 4 days , which I would have liked to have done. Also I think it would be a good idea to possibly highlight more the benefit of obtaining the PTTLS manual prior to course as I felt some learners had this and think it was a good aid of support for cross referencing.

What I would highlight: The course was very relaxed and the people were easy to get on with. The criteria was easy to met and to undertsand. The tutor was very helpful and approachable.
What could be improved: The venue was too small. The room we used was not big enough for 12 people. There was no window. It was not a very nice learning environment.

What I would highlight: The 4 day PTTLS course was intensed but achievable. The support from the lecturer was great. The course units were delivered smoothly and i managed to learn a lot on improving my teaching. I do recommend this course to anyone who wants to get into teaching.
What could be improved: I was not to keen on the venue, it was slightly too small for the amount of people in the room.

What I would highlight: Value for money, the fact I could complete course on a weekend! , and the mix in the group-lots of different professions so easy to understand different contexts.
What could be improved: Can't say a lot really! Trainer was great and managed location well as there were some delays with room preparation prior to our course at times.

What I would highlight: I liked the course as it wasn't regimented. There was a really relaxed feel to the whole course. Everything that was taught was understandable and easy to follow. There wasn't loads of people in the class (12) and it was a lovely group of people. The tutor was really friendly and taught in a way that was easy to follow. It was a lovely venue ( Premier Inn Washington ) and the room for the course very comfortable and airy.
What could be improved: If i had to say anything that i liked the least it would be that i had to do the course on a Sunday but that was my choice for work reasons

What I would highlight: Big plus for myself was the course being run across four Sundays which was a big bonus. The venue was in a good location with eassy accsess. Very knowlegable tutor with very well prepared course materials. Good communication and feedback from the tutor at all times and quick feedback on the 'homework' assignments was appreaciated due to the long hours I work.
What could be improved: No complaints at all.

What I would highlight: the interaction and the pace of my tutorials; all info there just needed to pace myself and the critique was instant and effective by my assigned tutor Andrew.
What could be improved: The fact that i was so far away and unable to continue higher learning in a similar fashion without the in house classroom. would love to but too far away and quite expensive.
