What I would highlight: the interaction and the pace of my tutorials; all info there just needed to pace myself and the critique was instant and effective by my assigned tutor Andrew.
What could be improved: The fact that i was so far away and unable to continue higher learning in a similar fashion without the in house classroom. would love to but too far away and quite expensive.

Course programme

Course review:

This course provides learners with an in depth knowledge of planning, designing, delivering and assessing training. Ideal for newly appointed trainers while also beneficial to those with training experience wishing to fill in knowledge gaps, discover different approaches and gain recognition.

This course can be delivered over 4 or 5 days and can be split over several weeks to suit the business if needed. Home study will be required for learners to complete short assignments in addition to classroom learning. Learners will also plan, design and deliver a short microteach session during this course as part of their assessment.

By the end of the course, you will be able to:

-Understand your role and responsibilities as a trainer/teacher/tutor
-Plan and Design a training course to promote inclusive learning
-Identify different learning styles and adapt delivery techniques
-Recognise and overcome barriers to learning
-Create a motivating learning environment
-Use summative and formative methods of assessment
-Understand methods of evaluating training using ROI / ROE
