Description of the Course
This course provides information on the in-service, inspection and testing of Electrical Equipment as detailed by the I.E.E. Code of Practice.
Course content
The requirements of the Code of Practice are all included in the scheme of work for this course, which will enable the candidate to be able to inspect and test with reference to the requirements of the Code of Practice. Successful applicants must purchase and read the Code of Practice book prior to the start of the course. The Code of Practice is available from the College Shop.

Practical assessments, and online exams.
Who is the course for?
This course is intended for those who carry out practical inspection and testing of electrical equipment either in hours or on a contractual basis for a client.
Entry requirements
Applicants must have a Level 2 eletrical qualification and should be able to demonstrate communication, writing and study skills.

Various Electrical Installation courses available.

The IEE Code of Practice for Inspection and Testing of Electrical Equipment forms an essential part of this course. It is essential that the Code of Practice is purchased and read by the student before the course commences it is also required when attending the course.
