How is the ILM Level 3 Award in First Line Management course delivered?
The course is a ‘fully taught’ programme that requires attendance at facilitated and tutored workshops in Manchester, which are run
- one evening per week for ten weeks or
- one afternoon and evening per week for five weeks
How long does the ILM Level 3 Award in First Line Management course last?
Five or ten weeks, depending on mode of attendance.
How will I be assessed?
You will be expected to complete
- a work-based assignment, based on problem-solving and decision-making, applying the learning to your workplace
- written assignments on the other three units
