It was important that we develop a way to empower people to propose new ideas to the board and for us to have a mechanism in place to turn them into reality. The majority of our employees were going through change and we didn’t want this to overwhelm them. To achieve this, we commissioned Eskil to deliver their three-day workshop to the board. Broken into three separate days, we learned about the impact of intrapreneurship on the organisation and individuals, how to set out a framework to ensure success and also the theory behind their Intrapreneurship Canvas as a way to communicate ideas to the stakeholders. For us, the second day was crucial as it was highly strategic but members of our management team highly rated the third day which was more operational. The Deploying Intrapreneurship program was informative and straight to the point which helped us not just in our work but also in our daily life.
