The BA (Hons) Interior Design with Integrated Foundation includes one year of studies at the foundation level and is designed for those who do not meet the requirements for direct entry to the BA (Hons) Interior Design. Design professionals increasingly work across boundaries between industries. The knowledge you gain from a foundation year will open your mind to working across different areas of fashion and design. It will also enable you to work more effectively with others, both as a student and in industry. The programme provides a broad-based introduction to fashion and design, where you can explore and develop your understanding of the creative industries, fashion design, fashion marketing, interior design and visual communication. Study methods Teaching staff on the programme have a wide range of expertise in the areas of retail, commercial, residential, exhibition and furniture design and have worked with high profile clients ranging from internet companies to department stores.
