Who is the Apprenticeship for?
This apprenticeship is designed for new employees to a role in the IT & Telecoms sector. Apprentices can work in such areas as Technical Support, Telecommunications, Software & Web Development or IT Project Management. What does the Apprenticeship cover?
The Apprentice will complete a range of Competence & Knowledge units suited to their job role - for example Support Technician, Website Administrator, Helpdesk Professional. How is the training delivered?

Entry requirements
The entry criteria are employees aged and over with GCSE grades A*-C in English and ICT and A*-D in Maths (or equivalent). Initial assessment will be undertaken to confirm applicants ability to achieve this programme.
