· Course Overview: · This award is designed to give you the opportunity to develop a range of skills and knowledge to prepare you to achieve the evidence requirements for the VI award. On successfully completing the VI award you will gain a nationally recognised qualification. Assessors and Verifiers of the NVQs need to hold appropriate certification in assessment and internal verification. This award is particularly suitable for people who are currently working with or would like to verify National Vocational Qualifications (NVQs).

Entry Requirements: · The VI award is suitable for those people who are internally verifying assessment decisions. You will need to possess an assessor qualification either the D32, D33 or A award, and will have been actively assessing for at least one year. You will also need a qualified verifier to act as your mentor.
