What I would highlight:
This is my dream, I always wanted to be a wedding planner. I always had that little voice in the back of my head saying that, "yea that's great but you will never be able to do it". ICI has given me the opportunity to not only learn the required skills and knowledge but they have also prepared me with practical know how and tricks which are not normally taught at school.

What I would highlight:
I have wanted to get into fashion design for years. With a mortgage and a full time job it was impossible for me to go back to school. The distance learning format enabled me to gain skills and take steps towards creating my own label all while having the backup of my current job!

What I would highlight:
I found the floristry course very informative and gained proper knowledge on the floristry industry in all aspects. The tutors were great and very helpful with any questions I asked. I wasn’t able to leave my full time job to study so distance learning suited me best. I was able to set my own timetable and submit assessments around my own commitments. Had it not been for the flexible nature of the course I would not been able complete my studies!

The course has taught me to set goals for my future and to have the confidence to achieve them. I had the confidence to leave my previous employer, where I was unhappy due to lack of advancement opportunities. I now have a new career, in an area of real estate that I enjoy, earning more money and generally have a better outlook on life.

I have been an interior decorator fo ralmost 2 years now. I took this course to have formal qualifications and improve my credibility with clients. What I was surprised to learn that even after 2 years on the job there was always even more I could learn to improve myself. The term "life long learning" certainly is true!

This course was better than expected and I would definitely recommend it to others. I was taught step by step how to create a concept and turn it from an idea in my head to an actual piece of jewellery. The Institute then even taught me how to sell my creations.
