Course structureOur Master's degree in International Human Resource Management offers the opportunity to focus on cultural and management issues at international level. It will provide you with the ability to develop a systematic understanding and critical awareness of current problems and issues in an international context.You will gain an understanding of core business concepts, helping you understand the role of the organisations in the changing global business environment and the ethical responsibilities of policy makers within organisations.Alongside the core curriculum, you will gain a general business education which will help you to understand the role of organisations in the changing global business environment and the ethical responsibilities of policy makers within organisations. Our courses will also enhance your lifelong learning skills and personal development to help you get the most from your career.What you'll studyYou will study Organisational Behaviour, International and Comparative Employment Relations, Equality and Diversity Management, Management of Human Resources, Managing across Cultures, Ethics and Sustainability in HR and a newly designed course, Professional Practice in HR, with a six months mentoring programme with a HR professional in the UK. You will also undertake Research Project, in order to demonstrate deeper knowledge and understanding in a particular area of interest. OutcomesThe aims of the programme are to:Prepare you for a career in human resource management and managerial positions by developing in you, a systematic, broad, analytical and integrated understanding of key aspects of business. Provide a general business education which stimulates an objective understanding of the role of organisations and of the ethical responsibilities of policy makers. About this course

You should have a relevant undergraduate degree at 2.2 or above, or equivalent qualification, from a recognised university or higher education institute. If you were educated in a language other than English and/or in a country where English speakers are in a minority, you should have a minimum IELTS score of 6.5 (with a minimum of 5.5 in each skill) or equivalent.If you require a Tier 4 (General) student visa to study in the UK, your score must be from a UK Visas and Immigration approved IELTS test.Alternatively, students with an overall IELTS of 5 or 5.5 can study our
