The hospitality and tourism industries have become two of the major players in international commerce. It is for this reason we deliver practice based teaching that will equip you for employment in the fields of have hospitality, leisure, events and tourism, and planning and regeneration.
Our course provides you with a solid grounding in the contemporary theory of this subject area, whilst also providing a range of practical, research and management skills for your future career growth. Course programme
The focus for the term long modules will be on providing opportunities for you to acquire specialist knowledge in areas such as event management and sustainable tourism and relate these to the wider framework of other course modules. The dissertation module will provide you with support and guidance throughout the workings of your individual project.
