Intrapreneur Canvas
-
I attended all 3 days of the Eskil workshop about intrapreneurship and this was a fantastic day for me to learn how to manage the process of moving someone’s idea into reality. Using a business canvas, you are able to identify the issue, opportunities, pains & gains and the finances before working on a separate stakeholder map. The facilitators helped greatly in showing me how to build my canvas and to educate colleagues.

There are many workshops talking about the strategic aspect of intrapreneurship but I always felt that they were light on detail. The whole series of workshops by Eskil were well constructed, mixing strategy with practical ‘how-to’ approaches. The 3rd day was about the canvas and this, again, had outcomes that justified the time and money invested. I have a structured model for helping colleagues navigate through our organisation including political management, developing the business case, and mentoring the intrapreneur. Very well presented.

Dreaming about having your own business/company? reach for success learning about the best way of being an intrepreneur!
Organisations already have a business model in place one that informs the culture and sets the common language, behaviours and general style of operation. Bringing disruptive and exciting ideas into an established organisation may be great for a future-facing CEO but the impact is wide-ranging.
This workshop is all about developing the message: what is the issue, how can it be addressed, who to communicate and work with – and with what desired outcomes / outputs.

About this course
As a facilitated event, there is a great deal of discussion and peer-learning with the objectives including:
- Understand the principles of an intrapreneur ecosystem.
- Discuss your intrapreneur opportunity with peers.
- Learn about the aspects of the intrapreneur canvas
- Map out your canvas and present it to peers.
Our workshops are based around confidentiality: senior people need a safe 'sandboxed' environment to explore their thinking and so we must create the right space for this to happen.
Based on this, our program is only open to such people as:
- CEOs / Managing Directors interested in growing their strategic capability.
- Members of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) needing to bolster their strategic strengths.
- Members of the Senior Management Team identified for progression into the SLT.
If you are unsure about the suitability of this workshop for you, contact our Concierge Team and they can talk it through with you.
Identification of a potential corporate issue to address with any supporting information to build into the Canvas.
An output of this short course is a development plan supported by peer discussions and reflective thinking. In addition, you will spend time 1:1 with one of our leadership experts. Our Internal Verification team will review your output prior to sending you your Certification of Completion. All of this can be attached to your CV / HR Record as a demonstration of competence.
Facilitated by former CEOs and leadership experts, our multi-lingual programs are held in high-quality venues using serious games, extensive individual and group exercises, contemporary case studies and more. Our ROI-focused sessions are limited to a maximum of 16 people at a time but our model has been designed for us to deliver 1:1 in certain circumstances. During the course of this program, you will undertake many practical exercises, working with Eskil’s proprietary Intrapreneur Canvas.
You will be contacted by a member of our Concierge Team to discuss your motivation for attending the short course and to determine what objectives you are looking for our facilitators to realise for you during the course of the sessions.
