In our society, there's a need for a new idea of the intrapreneur. We can't rely on the old vision of an intrapreneur who bucks the system, hides their idea from their bosses and thinks that it's better to ask for forgiveness than for permission. With this course, you will learn how to implement this new concept.
Successful ventures rely on empowerment and collaboration: sanctioned intrapreneurship uses a canvas to help communicate the idea to all stakeholders." Organisations already have a business model in place - it informs the culture and sets the common language, behaviours and general style of operation.
Bringing disruptive and exciting ideas into an established organisation may be great for a future-facing CEO but the impact is wide-ranging.
Building the right environment for intrapreneurial success is complex - intrapreneurship is transformational and, for this to succeed, you need to be able to talk your corporate language - your intrapreneur canvas is designed to articulate your idea in a way that is engaging to your colleagues: get stakeholder buy-in and mitigate the resistance to change whilst articulating just exactly what it is that you're seeking to achieve.
This workshop is all about developing the message: what is the issue, how can it be addressed, who to communicate and work with - and with what desired outcomes/outputs.

Our workshops use psychology assessments and Leadership games as well as mentoring.
