Anxious about public speaking? This INTRO course will give you the skills and techniques to take the stress out of presenting to a group. Starting with quick and easy exercises in a supportive atmosphere, you'll quickly find you can operate outside your 'comfort zone'.

The ADVANCED course will then build on skills developed on the INTRO course to give you techniques for adding that extra something to your presentations. Working in a supportive atmosphere, your skills will quickly expand and develop.

Subjects covered: Non-verbal communication, anxiety management, voice and relaxation, creating your speech, dealing with unexpected questions.
