Format:Whether you spend much of your time pitching/presenting, or more on relationship-building and communication, this course will suit anyone who wants to enhance their ability to convince people (i.e. when selling ideas), improve feedback about pitching/presentation style (from internal & external sources), enhance communication/ rapport-building, increase self-confidence/willingness to pitch and present, and improve listening skills.
