We will be using Microsoft Publisher but the skills you learn will be applicable to other DTP packages as well. In particular you will: Create posters, flyers and newsletters. Add and format text. Add shapes, clip art and pictures. Learn how these objects interact on the page. Add backgrounds. Look at more advanced features such as linked text boxes.

This a course for anyone who is new to DTP. It doesn't matter if you are not very confident using a computer, or if you haven't attended any training courses for a long time. The course will be run at an enjoyably easy pace.

Parking & Venue Information
The school is located on Appleby Road, near to Morrisons. Car parking is available in the school grounds out of school hours. Learning Resource Centre (LRC). Use main school entrance. Pass reception then turn right up the stairs.
