Entry Requirements: You will gain most from these workshops if you have some previous experience of graphic design and publicity production but basic instruction will be given if you have little or no prior knowledge.

Course Progression: Other workshops such as Introduction to Illustrator or Photoshop. You may also want to look at the National Diploma in Graphic Design or similar courses.

Course Description:
This 9 week course is for anyone interested in an introduction to Adobe InDesign with little or no knowledge.

Description Breakdown:
This workshop will give you the basic skills to begin using InDesign, a powerful page layout program that is an indispensable tool in the design industry. You will become familiar with the InDesign workspace and layer organisation system. There will be an opportunity to explore how InDesign interacts with other Adobe programs.

Assessment Description: Continuous

Trips Residentials: Adobe InDesign is the new industry standard equivalent page layout program. This course will take place in an Apple Macintosh Computer Suite. CD-RWs will be required to save work.
