Beginners Guide to Photography
Use your SLR camera like a pro!
Using the beautiful surroundings of the Peak District, we go through the basics of your SLR camera, what the settings mean and more importantly, when to use them. Through guided tuition and examples you will learn the concepts of photography, be shown tips on composition and how best to deal with different and changing scenes. You will be able to ask any questions you have about the areas of photography you are interested in too. Please don't be afraid to get as much information from us as you can!
Course Contents. Learning about your camera over a day's outdoor workshop with practical activities and advice to backup learning. Please bring a packed lunch, refreshments and suitable outdoor clothing. You will need your own SLR camera, a tripod and ideally lenses to cover wide and telephoto focal lengths.
