These courses aim to give a sense of how closely inter-related and integrated our mind and body actually are, and how the energy system can be used to bring this inter-relationship, between mind and body, into a more harmonious state of dynamic balance. A feeling will be developed to give insight into how our emotional holding patterns at a subconscious level, can not only restrict our day to day lives, but our movement patterns as well.
