IOSH Directing Safely
Training Aims:
The training aims to ensure that Health and Safety is appreciated by people at the most senior levels. The course should enable executives to review policy and strategies and where necessary introduce changes to enhance the safety culture within their organisation.
Intended For:
Intended for people with strategic responsibilities, Directing Safely is not an alternative to 'Managing Safely'. It is designed for those people who determine that an organisation has an active Health and Safety Policy within its corporate governance portfolio and follow it by delegating the day-to-day responsibility for safety to managers.
On Successful Completion of Directing Safely Delegates Should be Able to:
