Course programme

Topics: food and drink; introducing oneself, getting to know others; countries and nationalities; alphabet + spelling; numbers; time.

Grammar: gender/number of nouns; adjectives; articles; present tense (regular irregular verbs); to like; some prepositions.

Communicative/functional approach; emphasis on listening and speaking activities; pair/group work; role- plays; audio-visuals; OHP; flash cards and games; some grammar exercises and homework will be set.

Italian fast-track: module 1 or Italian 1: module 1 in September. Please enrol as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.
