This four hour workshop are held in Poole, Dorset just 5 minutes walk from Poole Harbour. They are relaxed with a maximum of 8 students to ensure maximum tuition.
Using the freshest ingredients available you will learn how to make home made pastas, breads and puddings. Some typical dishes you may cook are
- Anchovy, Olive and Mozzarella Pizza
- Fresh Egg Tagliatelle with Pesto or lemon, spinach and pine nut penne
- Foccacia Bread with Rosemary, Olives and Sea Salt
- Ravioli of asparagus, pancetta, ricotta and sage butter sauce
- Almond biscotti
