Is it right for me?
Both the Food Standards Agency and the Industry Guide to Good Hygiene Practice endorse refresher training. This course will help food handlers update their knowledge on food safety and comply with best practice in a cost effective and efficient manner. Updates are recommended every three years for all food handlers.

What qualifications will I need?
Basic Food Hygiene Certificate / Foundation Certificate in Food Hygiene / Level 2 Award in Food Safety.

What will I be learning about?

• Hazards ' dealing with problems which affect food safety
• Controls ' prevention and control
• Legal compliance ' key legal requirements

What is involved?
Lecture and discussion, with a short multiple choice test at the end of the day.
