ITIL provides a comprehensive, consistent and coherent set of best practices for the IT Service Management processes to achieve business effectiveness and efficiency.

The course also provides you with the opportunity to gain a recognised entry-level professional qualification in IT Service Management: the Foundation Certificate in Service Management. The exam can be taken on the last day of the course. If you elect not to do the exam then the course will finish mid-afternoon on the last day. Because the exam is optional, the cost is not included in the course fee. Please confirm at the time of booking if you want to take the exam on the final day as payment is required in advance.
