The Knowledge Academy ITIL® course materials and trainers are accredited by BCS, ensuring that delegates receive a consistently high standard of training. The Knowledge Academy course materials are regularly assessed and maintained in line with stringent standards administered by BCS. The Knowledge Academy trainers are regularly assessed by The Knowledge Academy and BCS, to ensure that their knowledge of Service Desk Management and ITIL® are strong enough to deliver training that helps delegates extract maximum benefit from attending our courses.

To achieve the ITIL® Expert certification, you must have attained a total of 22 credit points through the ITIL qualification scheme. The points must have been gained through an acceptable combination which you can demonstrate you have passed.

Become an ITIL Expert from as little as 15 Days following completion of our ITIL Foundation classroom or eLearning course

The ITIL® Expert Knowledge Pass (Lifecycle) is a blend of e-learning and classroom training in which you will need to speak to a learning advisor to confirm the correct blend of courses.

Delegates wishing to gain the ITIL Expert certification will need to attend the following courses:

• ITIL Foundation plus exam
• ITIL Lifecycle Service Strategy plus exam
• ITIL Lifecycle Service Design plus exam
• ITIL Lifecycle Service Transition plus exam
• ITIL Lifecycle Service Operation plus exam
• ITIL Lifecylcle Continual Service Improvement plus exam
• Managing Across the Lifecycle plus exam
• At their discretion delegates have the option to purchase and read each Lifecycle publication from The Knowledge Academy Book Store. As this is optional, the Lifecycle publications are not included within the ITIL® Expert certification.
