What does it mean to be a good leader?

What is leadership? Why do we need it? What does it mean to be a good leader? Are leaders made or born? These questions have been asked for decades, and this course attempts to answer these questions. This course discusses leadership traits.
                     

About this course

After completing this course, you should be able to:
•Define leadership
•Explain how leaders and followers influence an organization
•Identify components of the Big 5 theory and traits and skills that leaders possess
•Recognize various leadership roles
•Recall the concepts behind the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator

The course is aimed at anybody involved in Management & Leadership.

No prior qualification required. However, you will need basic IT skills and a computer with internet connection to take part in this course.

You get an IACET endorsed printable certificate on passing the final quiz and scoring 80% plus marks.
