I am thankful to Karen Sweetnam for all the assistance given. There was a procedure which I was unaware of and I was left out of the exam. However, Karen resolved the issue in half an hour. I completely concentrated on the course expecting that I just require booking the exam and I skipped the checks and balances which had to be combined in the final process. However, I planned to pursue some more courses but after the issue I thought of skipping the ITonline. Nevertheless, after the help I got from Karen, I have decided I will use it.

Aside from the matter that they have a detailed list of courses, the reply to customer issues was also quite quick and payment choices were also adjustable which meant that one can kick start without a hitch.
