While traditional leadership theories are still in use today, newer approaches have focused increasingly on leaders’ actions and behavior, particularly those of dynamic leaders who are able to effect mass change. This course discussed charismatic leadership.
                  

About this course

After completing this course, you should be able to:

Identify various sources of power
Define leadership power and politics
Recognize the positive and negative tactics leaders use to gain power
List methods and tactics used to gain influence
Recall the outcomes of gaining power

The course is aimed at anybody involved in Management & Leadership.

No prior qualification required. However, you will need basic IT skills and a computer with internet connection to take part in this course.

You get an IACET endorsed printable certificate on passing the final quiz and scoring 80% plus marks.
