Part 1 - Managing changecovers four key learning points:Passion-believing in what you are trying to achieve;People -recognising the types of people in your organisation, from enthusiasts to resisters;Planning- when implementing change, careful planning is essential and can determine whether it will be accepted or not;Perseverance- with change, you can nearly always guarantee resistance so determination is a must.
Part 2 - Living with change helps you take youremployees through the four different stages of change to minimise fear and confusion. They willreject it, resist it, reflect on it, but in the end resolve it -the challenge and excitement of new opportunities will triumph over all the negative perceptions of change.
