Course programme

Each session will develop one or more of the following:
- Rhythmic security
- Putting scales to work
- Making harmony work for you
- develop approaches to improvisation
- Developing a melodic concept
- Attention to style
- Practising as a group
- Playing patterns and licks through the keys.

You will learn through workshop-type classes, sometimes splitting into smaller rehearsal groups. You will play your instrument for most of the time.
