In this class you will be supported throughout the day by a professional jeweller in learning how to make your own chains in copper and silver.
Techniques covered in this class include:
- Making jumprings and links of all shapes and sizes.
- Soldering jumprings.
- Creating finished chains.
- Texturing and cutting metal and links.
- Experimenting with different chain designs from small and intricate to chunky and statement.
Chains can be worn alone as a piece of jewellery or can be used to enhance your other jewellery by adding beads, pendents, charms etc.
