This award is a non pain based set of skills to disengage from an aggressor or restrict an individual whilst manoeuvring them. All applicants must have achieved a recognised conflict management level 2 qualification prior to attending this course.

Course programme
The course is designed for those wishing to gain the upskill qualification required for Security Industry Authority licensing. The course is an approved method of physical intervention and teaches non pain compliant methods.
This is mandatory for door supervisors and recommended for security guards, stewards and those employed within the security industry. The course runs over 10 yours of guided learning and students will have a fuller understanding of the legal aspect of physical intervention as well as a “hand on” understanding of the methods used during physical confrontation.
