This qualification is an ideal opportunity for developing the knowledge and gaining information required for working in a primary or secondary school. It is suitable for anyone working in a support role within a school, for example, site managers, administrators or those working directly with children and young people.As this qualification is purely knowledge-based it is suitable for those who are volunteering in a school or are new in post. Learners will gain knowledge of Child Development, Safeguarding, Communication, Equality and how schools operate as organisations.
