I did the beginners course at Polilang. The course is very well structured, and the standard of teaching mostly outstanding. I had previously attended another Polish language course at a university which was too lecture based. Polilang in contrast is teaching based and the teacher utilises a number of different strategies and fun activities to cater for different learning styles. One of the best features about the lessons are the small class sizes which maximises the attention and speaking time each learner has which increases learning. My polish friends have commented on how much further my polish has progressed during the time I was on this class. I would recommend this course to others and am continuing with my learning of the Polish language with this school.

Polilang is all you would expect from a good language school. Courses are very well taught (and are not only for native English speakers) and my teacher is very friendly helpful and patient.
← | →

"Very good" simply does not do Polilang justice: I cannot recommend this language school highly enough. I have been attending one-to-one lessons with for over a year now and I recently sat one of the Polish government's new language exams in Warsaw and was delighted to achieve the top grade. This was in no small part down to Polilang's commitment to ensuring my success coupled with my teacher's incredible ability to prepare me throroughly for almost every eventuality. She is passionate about teaching and this shines through. All of my lessons has been enjoyable; they are always pitched at the right level and the teaching methods are fun and innovative (yes - the advanced students get to play games too! ;-) Polilang also offer a number of group classes tailored to suit all levels, which focus on the Polish culture as much as on the language itself. Give Polilang a try whatever your reason for learning Polish: nie pozalujesz (= you won't regret it!! ;-))

"Very good" simply does not do Polilang justice: I cannot recommend this language school highly enough. I have been attending one-to-one lessons with Ola for over a year now and I can say that, without any shadow of a doubt, she is the best Polish teacher I have ever had - in the UK and Poland! I recently sat one of the Polish government's new language exams in Warsaw and was delighted to achieve the top grade. This was in no small part down to Polilang's commitment to ensuring my success coupled with my teacher's incredible ability to prepare me throroughly for almost every eventuality. Ola is passionate about teaching and this shines through. Every single one of my lessons has been enjoyable; they are always pitched exactly at the right level and the teaching methods are fun and innovative (yes - the advanced students get to play games too! ;-) I cannot wait to start my lessons again in the New Year. The past couple of years has seen the
massive political transformation in Europe that is Brexit with¬ major economic implications for Britain and Europe.I was captivated by both the potential consequences of the events and the approach taken by the respective nations to ensure a smooth and beneficial transition into a new era of tariffed trade, tighter
immigration policies and possible economicprosperity.
Lack of management can lead to disastrous outcomes, and my home country, Uganda, has suffered from these in dramatic proportions for decades. Its business inefficiency has led to people being devastated by unemployment and poverty, including my own community.
As a dedicated and ambitious student, I have been taught to continue working towards my goals in even the most testing of circumstances. At present, this includes working with office of member of parliament retake exams, after failing to secure the gradesof which I know I am capable due to personal circumstances. My studies in public administration both have obvious applicability to leadership and Management, while
communication skills has improved my
understanding of written and verbal
communication and increased my confidence studying in the English Language.
These studies in the field have provided a theoretical underpinning for the principles of public management that I have observed in operation through undertaking practical work and study experience from a young age. Since the age of 23, I have spent my summers volunteering for my political program beginning with manual tasks and volunteering my way up to positions of ever greater responsibility as political Assistant.
These have included strategic planning of employee social events, keeping within strict budgets, and administrative business tasks related to finance and accounting, publicspeaking.
Having volunteer my up through the Bfm radio station, I have a particular awareness of the importance of communication with all levels of staff to ensure effective, and efficient,
management. Communication and teamwork have also proven to be central to the series of computer clubs set up by myself and three friends. We take joint responsibility for all aspects of management, including sourcingcapital, creating income and resolving.
As this experience demonstrates, I like to use my free time to explore my interests in leadership and management, gaining experience whenever possible, I have gained both experience and knowledge of large and community participations issues.
I am also playing football and learning a great deal about determination, ambition and teamwork.
My experience as a student also demonstrated the importance of a disciplined approach to achieving my goals, while taking part in regular debating workshops has demonstrated the importance of logical argument, improvisation and creativity in successful communication.
Having witnessed the importance of strong management and leadership in the pursuit of individual and corporate goals, I have grown into a student with the determination to acquire these skills. Having also already gained
significant academic and practical experience,
I believe that further study at a prestigious UK institution will offer the best possible foundation for achieving success in my future
career.

Having also already gained
significant academic and practical experience,
I believe that further study at a prestigious UK institution will offer the best possible foundation for achieving success in my future
career.

All lessons are very well organised, well thought through, and always follow the needs of the class & individuals rather than being rigidly structured.
Ola is a very personable person, obviously proud of her country, and tries her very best to help us learn about the culture of Poland as well as the minute grammatical points!
Over the past year, I and the rest of the class has progressed further than we could've imagined, and this is all down to Ola's teaching style.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Polilang to anyone!!
