Laser and IPL (Intense Pulsed Light) Treatments VTCT Level 4 Certificate

On this course, you will develop an understanding of the Laser and ILP beauty qualification, learn the difference between laser hair removal methods and ILP, study the anatomy of skin and hair, take part in practical sessions, including a full consultation, and learn points to consider when buying a laser machine. Training is in small groups with a maximum of seven. You will study: anatomy of the skin and hair, health and safety, the sale and marketing of laser treatments, client consultation, Fitzpatrick skin typing, contra-indications, patch testing practice and laser protocol. Skin Rejuvenation Practical training: anti-ageing: working fine lines forage reduction, pigmentation and capillary damage. Hair Removal: Legs, back, arms, underarms, bikini line and facial hair.
