Prior to attending the in-house training course, participants will need to complete an on-lione self assessment Belbin Team Roles questionnaire. The automated report will then be provided at the course. An email address will therefore be required from each participant to mange this on-line process.

Building High Performance Teams
Course Synopsis
In this building high performing teams training course run in house, you will learn what a high performance team looks like, the steps to take to create effective work teams, strategies for effective team building, and how to lead and manage high performing teams.
You will establish your own preferences for working as a team member using the Belbin Team Roles questionnaire and gain insights into other Belbin Team Roles within a team. You can then use this information to consider how best to apply your learning to building a high performance team back at work.
